SHIPPING & TRACKING POLICY At RIVER LOVE, we strive to provide excellent service which includes the security of shipping your packages. We provide multiple shipping options with tracking numbers to ensure you can monitor your shipment as it travels to your doorstep.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING We have elected to use affordable shipping prices through Priority Mail International to serve our global community.

PROCESSING TIME: It can take 3–7 business days to process orders after they are received.
DELIVERY TIME: Delivery typically ranges from 15–30 business days depending on your proximity (does not deliver on Sundays or holidays). Please note there is no specific guaranteed delivery time.
LIABILITY: Due to differing international customs processes, RIVER LOVE cannot be held liable for packages once they have left our warehouse. Should you encounter tracking issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a complaint report.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT: In some cases, we may elect to use a shipping method that requires a signature upon receipt based on the total value of your order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Once your item is shipped, you will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to monitor your shipment's progress.
